Accredited IT Managed Services

Platform 365 is certified as compliant with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 which is globally recognised as the premier information security management system (ISMS) standard. We achieved certification by developing and implementing a robust security management programme, including a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS).

We are audited by an independent body (BSI) for this certification, with our compliant processes and security controls tested annually. As well as this we utilise external consultants (ADL Consultancy) to regularly audit us separately to the formal ISO audits, validating that our internal processes are continually being followed.

We have clients across various industries that require data to be managed to specific sector standards so we are acutely aware that it’s the most important service we provide to our clients.

Mark Willis

Operations Director

With a career in IT spanning more than three decades, he brings deep operational expertise and a people-first philosophy to his role as Operations Director.

Mark oversees all core operational functions, including day-to-day business operations, finance, marketing, and human resources. His leadership ensures Platform 365 continues to deliver exceptional service and sustainable growth while fostering a supportive, collaborative culture across the team.

Having started his career as a Junior Support Engineer in the late 1980s, Mark worked his way through every level of IT support before taking the leap to start Platform 365. That bold move has defined his approach ever since — combining technical insight with a commitment to empowering others.

What Mark enjoys most is spotting potential in people and helping them grow. He firmly believes that when you have the right people around you, everything else falls into place.

Outside of work, Mark is a lifelong football fan and once had the unforgettable experience of playing at Wembley Arena in front of 5,000 people — an achievement that reflects his drive, focus, and love for teamwork both on and off the pitch.

Rob Guy

Technical Director

With a career spanning several decades in IT, he brings a wealth of experience in technical solutions, infrastructure support, and client project delivery.

Robert began his career supporting mainframes before moving into PC support and infrastructure as technology evolved. Over the years, he has advanced to senior-level roles in IT managed services, working with a wide range of clients and sectors to deliver innovative, reliable solutions.

Known for his dependable nature and hands-on approach, Robert takes great satisfaction in helping clients overcome technical challenges and seeing the tangible results of his work.

Outside of the office, he enjoys relaxing by the water with a spot of fishing—a peaceful contrast to his fast-paced professional life.

With over 26 years of experience in the IT support industry, Chris brings deep technical expertise and a passion for innovation to his role as Technical Solutions Manager at Platform 365. Having been part of the team for 16 years, he’s played a key role in shaping the company’s growth and ongoing success.

Chris’s responsibilities span IT infrastructure management, solution design, and project delivery for clients across a range of industries. He’s also committed to identifying and introducing new products, services, and strategic partnerships that enhance Platform 365’s service quality and operational efficiency.

Before joining Platform 365, Chris built his career from the ground up — starting as a Junior 2nd Line Support Analyst before progressing into senior technical, leadership, and project management roles.

Known by his teammates as approachable and always ready to help, Chris takes great satisfaction in designing and implementing solutions that deliver real business impact. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him enjoying a good game of football or catching the latest Formula 1 race.

Business Development Manager

Since joining the company in 2013, he’s grown through the ranks — from 1st Line Support to Senior Infrastructure Analyst — and now leads client engagement and marketing initiatives that shape the future of the business.

In his current role, Dan is often the first point of contact for new clients, helping businesses understand how Platform 365 can support their IT needs. Alongside client relationships, he’s driving a full refresh of the company’s website and marketing strategy, ensuring the brand reflects its evolution and the value it delivers.

Dan’s journey in IT began at 16, working weekends supporting major financial institutions like Barclays, CitiBank, and Société Générale. That early exposure sparked a lifelong passion for technology and led him to pursue a degree in Computer Science.

Known for his eventful energy and forward-thinking approach, Dan thrives on seeing projects come together and deliver results. When he’s not meeting clients or planning the next big initiative, you’ll probably find him on the golf course — always happy to mix business with a few rounds.

Service Desk Manager

James has been a key member of the Platform 365 team for nearly 11 years, bringing dedication, focus, and leadership to his role as Service Desk Manager. He oversees the support team, ensuring client issues are resolved efficiently and that every aspect of service delivery runs seamlessly.

With a career in IT that began at just 16, James gained early experience working weekends for a large corporate before joining Platform 365 full-time in 2015. Since then, he’s played an integral role in helping clients achieve success through reliable, high-quality IT support — while also mentoring and developing his team to reach new professional milestones.

Known for his focused approach and commitment to excellence, James is passionate about both client satisfaction and team growth. Outside of work, he’s a self-confessed golf enthusiast — whether watching a tournament or out on the course working to perfect his swing, where he proudly maintains an impressive handicap of 8.
